Phillip Simpson is a professional photographer with an international reputation and the confidence of over 15 years experience, much of it gained in the demanding UK market. Now based in New Zealand, he works with clients in the advertising, editorial, design and music industries.

Best known for creating contemporary images of people, within carefully researched locations, Phillip makes pictures which are often described as cinematic. His photographs combine a sense of intrigue, with concise composition and a skillful mix of ambient and artificial lighting.

Phil is an open and good-humored person, who enjoys working collaboratively with his clients and subjects.
